Wedding Wednesday- Anna & Justin // Saint James Catholic Cathedral //
Anna and Justin Moore said ‘I do’ on October 17, 2015. There love story began in 2009 when they were set up through mutual friends. Anna had her bridesmaids purchase their gowns through one of our favorite Jasmine retailers- Something New Bridal Boutique in Winter Park, Florida. Anna chose L174002 in our stunning Teal color. “They fit my girls so flawlessly and hugged in all the right places. Not to mention, the color popped gorgeously in photos” said the lovely bride Anna. Here at Jasmine Bridal we could not agree with Anna ‘MOORE’.. get it?! You, Justin and your entire bridal party bring smiles to our faces and love to our hearts!– Thank you for sharing your exceptional choice in Belsoie bridesmaid dresses, we are honored to have been a part of you and Justin’s beautiful wedding day!
Congratulations Anna & Justin!
A Love Story
Justin and I had seen each other a few times in the same groups of friends before, but we never really officially met. We had a mutual friend (one of my sorority sisters) who told Justin that we would be an awesome match and get along great. Justin decided to reach out to me on Facebook during Christmas break in 2009. We immediately started having great conversation and exchanged phone numbers. We returned from Christmas break and he told me he’d be at a college hang out that night and asked if I was coming. I told him I wasn’t sure if he should come up to me.
I was nervous about the new romance and wasn’t sure how to share with everyone. I also didn’t want to get into a serious relationship because I was graduating in only a couple months. Justin still had a year left of school. Sure enough, we got to the hang out and I approached HIM! We had an awesome time hanging out that night! We talked the next day, and continued hanging out with each other. We loved each other’s company so much that we never stopped seeing each other. We officially began dating on April 17 of 2010 when he asked me to be his girlfriend while we were at his fraternity’s formal on a balcony during the sunset. (He always knows how to be romantic)
After a year of long distance, Justin moved to Orlando in 2011 once he graduated school so we could be closer to each other. On April 19th, my family decided to go to a wine tasting at Lakeridge Winery in Clermont. Justin told me that day that he wasn’t able to attend since his mom was in town and he’d be spending time with her. I understood. He surprised me and randomly showed up while we were overlooking the vineyard on this gorgeous patio. He walked up and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him! I was so overjoyed!
The Wedding Day
Our wedding took place on October 17, 2015 in Orlando. It was BEAUTIFUL and more than I could ever imagine. I loved our ceremony, cake, flowers, and our amazing bridesmaid dresses. They fit my girls so flawlessly and hugged in all the right places. Not to mention, the colors popped gorgeously in photos.
Advice From the Bride
The best advice I could give brides is to make sure to get all your planning and last minute details done a week before your wedding so you’re able to enjoy the week of the wedding and take it all in (may enjoy a massage, too :)) . I’d also say how important it is to invest in a videographer and photographer. The day goes by so quickly since you’re in the spotlight, it’s nice to relive it again and see it from a different perspective. Last, try to forget about the honeymoon until after the wedding. This will allow you to enjoy the wedding even more, and then leave you a little extra surprise when it’s all over and the wedding blues kick in.
We wish you two a lifetime of love & happiness!
